As a native of Sisian, Armenia, I speak, read, and write Armenian, Russian, and English fluently and can translate all three of these languages. I graduated with a BA in Russian Philology from Yerevan State University in 2007. I graduated from Kent State University with MA in May of 2018. My specialization is Russian Translation. I have experience translating historical materials for the Gomidas Institute in London. My case study was about diplomatic relations between the United States and Russia. I have also translated several works by the Soviet writer Sergey Dovlatov from Russian into Armenian. I currently work as a freelance translator for DayTranslations. Inc. As a volunteer, I work for Kiva.org. I translate loan stories from Russian to English.
