I followed a translator course specifically for EU documents in 2004 before Malta's accession into the EU and had to pass a rigorous test to be certified. I have not looked back since then and I have also followed a proofreading course at the University of Malta and a Post Graduate Diploma in Interpreting studies. This I did to continually improve my skills and widen my horizons and opportunities. I also offer transcription services and do localization for Microsoft products.
