I am a 24-year-old graduate of University of Zaragoza, Spain, holding a Degree in English Studies. I completed the third year at University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, thanks to an Erasmus Programme which helped me to meet people all over the world and improve my English knowledge . Besides, I have also studied a Master’s Degree in Translation and Intercultural Mediation at University of Salamanca, Spain, during which I had the opportunity to carry out an internship with the United Nations and translate one of their official webpage and several HIV-related texts of this Organization.
Currently, I am collaborating with the United Nations Institute for Training and research (UNITAR) in the translation of two technical projects. The first project I dealt with covered the topic of mercury, its uses, disposal, regulations etc. I am now working on another project, this time related to nanotechnologies, nanomaterials, their risks, consequences, usage etc.
